  • For best results: Keep your capsules by your bedside and take two capsules as soon as you wake up! Avoid consuming anything with calories within 30 minutes of taking the two pills. You can have black coffee or black tea during this time. After 30 minutes, you can eat or drink anything you choose!

  • You will then take four scoops of the powder mix at any time during the day (Most people tolerate four scoops just fine from the start, but if you have sensitive digestion, you can split it up - two scoops in the morning and two in the afternoon or stick to two scoops total for the first week, to help your body adjust to the extra fiber.) Mix powder with water or favorite beverage such as Axio, milk, nut milk, protein shake, or even your favorite daily wellness drink! Just make sure to get your four scoops in every day!

  • If you notice you're experiencing cravings in the afternoon or evening, try taking two of your scoops then for extra support.

Track Your Progress

You may consider using a smart scale to track your progress, as well as taking before (and progress) pictures and measurements.

Many people are LOSING INCHES so don’t rely just on the scale to track your progress.

Documentation is key for motivation and celebration!

Nourishing Your Body: What to Eat

As you begin taking this product, you’ll likely notice a natural decrease in appetite and the amount of food you consume. It is important to establish or maintain healthy habits and the nutrients you are consuming. Avoid obsessing over calories or macros. Keep these three principles in mind:

  • Prioritize whole, unprocessed foods.

  • Make protein a TOP PRIORITY!

  • Stay hydrated. Drink LOTS of water
